This app is the worst if you are trying to get a simple answer
This app is the worst if you are trying to get even a simple answer from a simple question. The verified answers wont even help me with anything and in order to receive these "Verified Answers" you hit a "weekly limit" and then also get charged for your free trial. I would not recommend this app and if you have it, be prepared.

Canceling your subscription does not cancel your subscription. I canceled the subscription during day 2 of the trial because I foresaw it would not meet the needs I was looking for. It even asked why i was canceling. Today they charge me for a year subscription. Don't do it. They did refund me my money back it just took awhile.

I requested a refund the day they…
I requested a refund the day they charged me $70 for an annual renewal after my 7 day free trial. I tried the service one time and did not like it or find it helpful and I could not remember the name of the website so I was not aware until they charged me. I went through the live customer agent who assured me my subscription is now going to be canceled and I will recieve my refund within a few days. A week passes by and no refund so I email customer support. That was over 2 weeks ago and no response. I want my money back from this scam company!

Scammers for real signed up for free trial and bam was charged the whopping yearly fee!! Unbelievable and get this even after they have a limit on how many times you can use it before it makes you watch ads AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL!!! Refund takes way to long!!!
After a week trial I accidentally forgot to cancel, which is completely my fault I do it far to often. Anyways that's not the issue, the issue is the fact that after it happened I requested a refund the same day. and it has been about two weeks and still NOTHING. Which to me is crazy. It doesn't help that there is little to no feedback from brainly the most you get is a computer which can only help a little if at all.

I absolutely ADORE brainly. It has really helped me learn and succeed in my education. They recently added a new feature called "brainly tutor" and it is so amazing. I don't seem to understand why there are so many negative reviews as I have had a great experience.

I wouldnt recommend this unless your just trying to finish work without caring on your score
I use this to help myself learnt he things im having some trouble in so what I did was, I wrote down 9 questions i could even answer and wrote them down on brainly. Only 4 out of 9 were correct and in most scenarios where you look up a question theres only 1 answer.

Disappointing I have had brainly for a couple of months now and I use it to learn more about subjects and find answers, but the number of incorrect answers that have been "verified" is insane! They verify wrong answers all the time, for example I was reading about the solar system in an assignment, didn't understand so I searched up a question. The answer has almost 0 thank you and a 1.3 star rating, but for some reason, it was verified. Yes they do have kind of good moderation but they delete answers for no reason and a lot of people have been scammed. Use a better app instead.

This is absolutely ridiculous I don't contacted them so many times to cancel my subscription because it doesn't let you actually do that in the app which is a setup. They charge my card today and I would like my money back and my subscription canceled. Like this is such fraudulent activity where I'm going to have to end up reporting them. In disputing my charges if I don't hear from them by tomorrow. It's absolutely ridiculous like I should be able to talk to somebody on the phone. Like nobody wants unwanted charges on their card especially when you don't give them an option to actually cancel when they should be able to. And there should be people responding to people in a timely manner or a phone line where you can actually talk to a live person!! I'm so angry like seeing red right now you could be taking somebody's last bit of money! it was okay until the ads Every time I go to see an answer on something that I need I am forced to watch an ad, that doesn't even pop up, it's in loading screen for 5 minutes and still going, I need a quick search not to spend minutes trying to get the answer that the majority of time is just gibberish like "hsadhao hadsadiabdhbsad" from users to get points by being first to answer.

Complete SCAM. Please do not do what I did.
I literally had to cancel my card out as if it was stolen and order a new card with a new number because of Brainly. Customer service would not help me cancel my subscription, completely unresponsive. If they try to respond to this review saying I could have cancelled on the website after logging in, they locked me out of my account. I tried to do "forgot my password" at least 5 times and the email never sends. So I cannot access my account and customer service is completely unhelpful with that as well. PLEASE do not subscribe to this service. It is a complete scam. I regret signing up for this now that I have a new card coming my way just to keep them from charging me again and stealing money from me.

Child agreed for free 2 weeks help with homework
Without asking me, my 12 year old agreed for the 2 weeks free trial, after she did not find this site to be very helpful, she told me and I tried to cancel the next day. However, to my surprise there is no option to cancel in the account settings or in profile, like the Brainly app said you could. They didn't even except my messages, weird! ... I think they wait for the 2 weeks to charge the account and get their money before they let someone cancel. This is outrageous!

The Brainly Plus Trial is 7days and the user receives a reminder that their account is going to convert from a free trial to a paid subscription. Brainly is terrible.
After seeing just 5 questions, you have to pay money. Just use something else. Terrible. Also, I know the subscription is optional, but having to see an ad every time is so annoying. And a lot of the time the answers are wrong, random, or inappropriate.

They charged me after I canceled my subscription. fraudulent was created so they can charge my bank. I told them I did not recognize the account and that we canceled the subscription earlier this year. They refused to give the money they fraudulently charged. Stay away.

I contacted customer support on Jan 14th, 2021, and requested to cancel my subscription because I wasn't able to log in to my account. I never received a reply from them or any link to reset my password, however I Still charged $24 for not even log in once. What the poor service. Today, January 18th, 2021, got the response from Brainly team, they mentioned that they could not find the account with the email address I provided, they assumed I signed up with different email account. I recently went on there to try and figure out answers on my mid term, for Pride and Prejudice, by Jane Austin. A widely regarded educational pice of literature. I went on there and found my study sync test page. There were few questions they only had 4/10 questions I needed, and most of the answers were from kids guessing the answers. B, C, A, A??? Right after they treid to get me to pay 14.99$ I GOT TWO ANSWERS FROM THERE AND BOTH WERE WRONG!!! Now I'm trying to recover a failed Mid term. I would rate it a 9. As a student, I understand how important it is to ask questions and get answers to understand subjects that I am struggling on. Brainly proves to be a terrific resource where I can find help on concepts in many different areas. I wouldn't rate it a 10 as there can be some improvements. The whole "game" systematic where you gain points and give "brainliests" can be more emphasized in my opinion. I also think (although it is not the site's fault one bit) that there can be someway to stop spam answers, maybe like a pre-post answering check bot.
