Roman shades look great!

A great experience from start to finish. I decided on Roman shades for 2 rooms in our new home but had never had them before. The sales associate offered suggestions, answered questions and had a demonstration model for me to see how they work. Lots of fabric options too. 2 different employees measured my doors and windows for a double check. Installation was very professional and in less than an hour.

Installer arrived on time, professional and pleasant. Noticed one of the four blinds installed on 6/17 had been damaged during shipping. Installed the mildly damaged one (so that our window would still have a covering) and reordered. Came back as soon as new one was in.

Customer service needs a little help

The install was delayed and did not arrive until 4:30. After install finished we realized shades were put up wrong. I was then told to call customer service. So I have called customer service numerous times but never got a return phone call for an appointment. Definitely getting the runaround. Very unhappy, frustrated and angry at this point. Improvements needed. FINALLY! Just made the appointment for remeasuring but it did take longer than I expected. Anyway Yippee!

From beginning to end the service was top notch. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. She made the sale, placed the order and provided us accurate delivery and installation dates and times. Installers called ahead on the given date letting us they were on their way. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and smoothly and efficiently removed the old blinds and installed the new. They cleaned up, demonstrated how to operate each set, asked if we had any questions and left with a "thank you" and a handshake. The whole experience couldn't have gone better.

The company is doing well because of the people they employ. I had the best experiences with the men who came for sales and measuring and for installation. And both did an excellent job. Actually I ended up picking my second choice and I'm glad I did. It's a perfect match in the master bedroom with the carpeting Etc. The installer was so concise in his work and instructions for operating the remote control and recharging. Both of the people who came to my home we're definitely not in a hurry like most places you deal with today. The quality of my shade which was for room darkening Works Beyond my greatest hopes. It's like going from day to night 24 hours a day and I am homebound so what an improvement that's made to my life! I would recommend 3-day blinds to my fussiest friends.

3 Day Blinds has been in the window treatment business for over 40 years. They were founded in California in 1978 and got their name by manufacturing mini blinds in just 3 days. They've grown to offer a wide variety of blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes in a range of patterns, colors, and sizes, but the company is still proudly manufacturing most of their own products within 3 business days.

Huge selection of colors and patterns

There are quite a few subcategories of every type of blind at 3 Day Blinds. For example, if you want shades you can browse cellular shades, roller shades, soft Roman shades, horizontal sheer shades, woven wood shades, or simply sheer shades. You'll be able to see all the swatch options available for the type of blinds you're interested in and see the different operating system options. We are impressed with how many choices there are and have no doubt that customers will find at least a few that would look great in their house. If you want your blinds to connect to your smart home system or be motorized and remote controlled, this is something that 3 Day Blinds can install for you as well.

The biggest downside of shopping online at 3 Day Blinds, in our opinion, is that they don't post pricing on their website. You can view their products and customize them however you like, but you won't know what the cost is. When you purchase blinds from 3 Day Blinds, you'll get a lifetime warranty on operating mechanisms (other than motors and remote controls), 7 years of coverage on cords and ladders, and 5 years of coverage on fabrics, motors, and remote controls. There is nothing about a return policy or satisfaction guarantee from 3 Day Blinds. However, they do say that their professional installation has a 1 year warranty that guarantees it will be free from defects. These wonderful people that come out to your home are the most friendly, courteous and patient people I have had the pleasure to do business. It took quite awhile for my order to arrive but once it arrived the installer had my old blinds down and my new, beautiful blinds up in less than half an hour!! They are experts and very thorough. Great product and great service at competitive pricing.

From beginning to end the service was top notch. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. She made the sale, placed the order and provided us accurate delivery and installation dates and times. Installers called ahead on the given date letting us they were on their way. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and smoothly and efficiently removed the old blinds and installed the new. They cleaned up, demonstrated how to operate each set, asked if we had any questions and left with a "thank you" and a handshake. The whole experience couldn't have gone better.

The company is doing well because of the people they employ. I had the best experiences with the men who came for sales and measuring and for installation. And both did an excellent job. Actually I ended up picking my second choice and I'm glad I did. It's a perfect match in the master bedroom with the carpeting Etc. The installer was so concise in his work and instructions for operating the remote control and recharging. Both of the people who came to my home we're definitely not in a hurry like most places you deal with today. The quality of my shade which was for room darkening Works Beyond my greatest hopes. It's like going from day to night 24 hours a day and I am homebound so what an improvement that's made to my life! I would recommend 3-day blinds to my fussiest friends.

The installer (young man) was polite answered questions and did a beautiful job installing the blinds. He also picked up all trash (cartons, cardboard, etc) and everything was spotless

They were quick to get all my shades ordered and installed and dealt with an issue quickly. I would recommend them. I love the roman shades better than the rollers as they cover the inside mounts much better. But they are also more expensive. They had to replace 4 of the 7 roller shades because of the wrinkled valance cover. There is no way to just replace the cover which seems a waste to me, but that is the way they are made. Customer service was very nice to work with.

i am extremely upset that you don't want an honest and truthful review, you put so many rules it that it only helps you. true greviences will never be seen. for that reason i refuse to give you a good review. there was some poor service in my case and if you hide it so much for honest reviews.
